Research & decision strategy

I help teams make confident decisions.

I turn customer questions into clear choices—what to build, how to price it, who it's for, and what to say next.

How I can help

From a fuzzy question to a confident decision.

The methods can be complex. The experience should not be. I keep the work focused on the business choice in front of you.

01

Build the right offer

I help teams decide which features matter, what combination feels most compelling, and how an idea may perform against the alternatives.

02

Price with confidence

I show where value starts to feel expensive, when a premium makes sense, and how customers may respond when prices change.

03

Find what rises to the top

When every message, feature, or idea sounds important, I help uncover the few that people genuinely care about most.

04

Understand people, not averages

I find meaningful customer groups, explain what makes each one different, and make those groups useful for real targeting decisions.

05

Turn evidence into a next move

I match the question to the right research, pressure-test the answer, and tell the story in a way that makes the decision clear.

My rule of thumb
Start with the decision—
then choose the research.

The fanciest approach is not always the most useful one. I help teams balance confidence, speed, budget, and the reality of the market.

A little about me

Good research should leave people knowing what to do next.

I'm Raman, a research and analytics leader with more than a decade of experience helping product, marketing, and strategy teams make high-stakes choices with confidence.

I lead the full journey—from shaping the question and designing the study to making sense of the results and sharing the story. Along the way, I build tools and workflows that make great work faster, clearer, and easier to repeat.

I've also presented new research approaches at the Sawtooth Software Conference and hold a Master's in Marketing Research from the University of Georgia.

03
SMARTER DELIVERY
